At Mirror Mirror Inc. we are thrilled that you chose to purchase your
gown in our boutique. We are confident that you will pleased with the quality
and workmanship of your order. For your protection we are providing our
guidelines pertaining to purchases below. Before an order can be placed our
company policy regarding sizing, ordering, shipping and payments must be
understood and signed.
Please read our policy below
Sizing: Each of our designers has a size chart. Specific measurements are required in order to determine which size category you fall into. Size is determined by the largest measurement; therefore alterations are almost always required. We recommend choosing a larger size if your measurements fall between sizes. It is much easier to take a garment in than to let it out.
We require that our clients sign off on their size before an order can be placed. If an order is finalized over the phone, clients must email confirmation of their size via our policy form found on our website, before the order can be processed. We will not place a bridesmaid order until confirmed sizes and payment for the entire bridal party have been received with a signed contract. Our sizes range from Size 0 through 24. (there is a $15 surcharge for sizes 18 and 20 and a $25 surcharge for sizes 22 and 24)
Sizing: It is the client’s responsibility to choose a size. We offer complementary measurements in store, outside measurements may be used but such sizing is not considered guaranteed. If a new dress is needed because the client requested the incorrect size, the client will be charged the full price of the new garment. Dresses are made in standard sizes and NOT made to measurement.
Alterations: All alterations are the responsibility of the client. Alterations should be expected. There is no obligation to use the Tailor recommended by Mirror Mirror Inc. Alterations are strictly between the client and Tailor. Mirror Mirror Inc. is not responsible for any alterations.
Delivery: Our standard shipping is 4 to 6 monthss from the week the full order is received by us depending on designer. Please take in consideration an order may take up to 8 months. Place your order accordingly and ina timely manner.
Rush orders: We may be able to accommodate shortened lead-times with a rush fee. All rushes require designer’s approval. Rush deliveries are often over a two week delivery period and do not have a specific in-store date. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your rush order to arrive. Please note that if you have placed a rush order with us, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform your alterations, particularly during peak bridal season. Rush fees do not include any expedited shipping that may be necessary.
Shipping: Standard shipping means ground shipping. All dresses are sent with signature required on delivery. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. Shipping fees are approximately $25 per box. For orders shipped outside of the United States, the client is responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees as well as any duties and taxes that may be assessed upon pick-up of the package.
Tax: New York State sales tax will be added on all merchandise purchased.
Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place your order. All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up/alterations. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover, as well as personal checks, a $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. The security of your account is important to us, therefore, we do not record credit card information. If a credit card is used to pay your deposit, you will need to call us again to pay for the balance.
